Shipping Policy

United Kingdom All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery is free on all orders and takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

International We ship to Europe and internationally. European orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days. International orders outside Europe typically arrive within 10–21 working days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Dropship Items Some items in our collection are shipped directly from our partner workshop. These items are clearly marked on the product page and may take 10–18 working days to arrive. All items are quality checked before dispatch.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. AVELUNE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
