Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery All UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our UK facility. Standard delivery is free on all orders and takes 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

International Delivery We ship to Europe and internationally. European orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days. International orders outside Europe within 10–21 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Dropship Items Some pieces are shipped directly from our partner workshop in China. These are clearly marked on the product page and may take 10–18 working days. Every item is quality checked before dispatch.

Returns We want you to love your AVELUNE piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all standard pieces in unworn condition with original packaging.

Custom wedding rings are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
